Terms of use of the Website http://mountainveiwcandles.com and trading terms & conditions
Preamble- use of our web site http://mountainveiwcandles.com by entering our online store you accept our terms and conditions of use and trade. While we make every effort to ensure information on the site is correct, we reserve the right to withdraw from any transaction at any point and without reason. If you do find errors on our web site we respectfully ask you to bring them to our attention.
1. All goods purchased from MountainView Candles carry a 90-day money back guarantee against defects.
2. In the case of receiving a defective product, notify us within 30 days of your purchase, for a replacement or refund.
3. You, the consumer, have the right to cancel any contract of sale before the item is shipped.
4. We will inform you when the order received, payment is processed, and when your order ships.
5. If the products you order are not available from our stock for immediate delivery, we will offer you the option to either wait for the item to become available or give you an immediate full refund. If goods are out of stock we guarantee a refund will be issued within 24 hours. If you opt to wait for the goods to become available, we will give you an estimated delivery time which we will try our hardest to meet.
6. When you order, your order is processed as soon as we receive it and payment has cleared. All orders are typically shipped out the same day (depending on payment method). Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your purchase.
7. The descriptions used on our web site to describe scents, colors, physical size, weight, functions, or accessories, of the goods we sell, are to the best of our knowledge, and are accurate.
8. Prices advertised on our web site are correct when the page is published. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice. Shipping quotes are based on the weight of the total order, and comes directly from UPS at the time of sale. We regret we only ship within the United States of America. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
9. Methods of payment: We accept Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal. Please make checks payable to Tammy Fisher.
10. There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks.
Refunds:
11. Refunds will be completed in the same manner in which you paid. For example if you paid via PayPal, your refund will be sent to you via PayPal. If you paid using a check, your refund will be in the form of a check. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on non-defective goods.
12. Refunds will be completed within 30 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.
13. In the case of returned goods, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send us the items. We recommend that you use a shipping method that records shipment.
14. Refunds against checks will not be issued until the check has cleared at our bank.
