We currently use UPS as our courier and fees are based upon the total weight of your order and not per item. All shipping charges come directly from UPS at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.
Products ordered from MountainView Candles via the website will be shipped when the payment has been received by us. In the case of checks, this can be up to 7 working days. For Pay Pal the process varies (depending on how fast the Pay Pal servers are at that time). Note: We only ship to verified Pay Pal addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with a confirmation and tracking number. If you need to return any goods to us, please contact us first by e-mail, phone, mail, or via the "contact us" link on the right side of this page. All items are shipped via UPS. If you are away from home when the delivery attempt is made, there will be another attempt. After the final attempt has been made by the courier, the goods will be sent back to us. If we then arrange a further delivery, you will be charged a second delivery fee. (However, under extreme circumstances this can be 10-14 working days. We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if we expect a delay for any reason.
We regret we only ship to the United States of Americia, USA.

Returns:

All merchandise must go through a Return Authourization Process. To get your RA please contact us stating the reason for your return. Once your request is received by use, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your RA number.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owner's manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a company credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
When you have received the RA number from us you will need to print the RA number clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
